Payment

What you pay

Two numbers, both agreed up front: what the build costs, and what it costs to keep running.

The site

$750 – $2,000

One flat fee, agreed in writing before anything starts. Prefer to spread it? The same fee works out to $62.50 – $166.67 a month — flip the switch above the prices to see it that way. No surprise invoices either way.

Hosting matches your tier: $20 with a landing page, $30 with a business site, $40 with an everything site.

Process

Five steps, start to live.

The same shape every time, whether it's one page or fifty.

01

Call

Thirty minutes. You tell me what the site needs to do and who it's for. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit and roughly what it costs.

02

Free mockup

I build you a real mockup of your site — not a sketch, a working page you can click. It costs you nothing and you're under no obligation to go further.

03

Scope

Like it? You get a written plan: pages, features, timeline, and a flat fee between $750 and $2,000 — payable in one go or split monthly — plus $20–$40 a month for hosting and unlimited changes. Nothing starts until you've agreed.

04

Build

Design becomes production code. You get a live preview link that updates as I work — no black box, no waiting for a reveal.

05

Launch

Live on your domain, usually inside a week. Hosting, analytics, and a walkthrough so you can update your own copy. Then two weeks of free fixes.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I really see the site before I pay?

Yes. I build you a free mockup of your business's site first — a real page you can click through, not a sketch. If you don't like it, you owe me nothing and we shake hands.

How much does a site cost?

A flat fee between $750 and $2,000 depending on how many pages and features you need, plus $20–$40 a month for hosting and changes. You get that price in writing before anything starts — I don't bill hourly and I don't send surprise invoices.

Can I pay monthly instead of one flat fee?

Yes. The same fee splits into twelve — $62.50 a month for a landing page, $100 for a business site, up to $166.67 for an everything site. Use the switch above the prices to see either view. It comes to the same total, so pick whichever suits your cash flow.

What is the $20–$40 a month for?

That's separate from the site fee: hosting, your domain, security updates, and as many changes as you want — new photos, a price change, a whole new page, send it over and I make it. It's $20/mo with a landing page, $30/mo with a business site, and $40/mo with an everything site. Cancel any time; the site and its code are yours.

Is there really no limit on changes?

No limit. I'd rather you ask than live with something that's wrong. The only thing that isn't covered is building a whole new site from scratch — that's a new project, and we'd talk about it first.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live in under a week. Bigger builds with stores, booking, or logins depend on scope, which we work out together on the first call.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Anything you'll realistically want to change — copy, images, blog posts, pricing — goes into a CMS you can edit without touching code. I walk you through it before launch.

Do you work with existing designs?

Happily. If you already have a Figma file or a brand you like, I'll build to it rather than push my own direction.

What happens after launch?

The monthly covers hosting, updates, and any changes you want, for as long as you want it. If you'd rather not keep it, you can take the code and host it yourself — no hard feelings and no hostage-taking.

Ready when you are.

Tell me what you're building. I'll reply within one business day with honest thoughts on scope, timeline, and price.
