Two numbers, both agreed up front: what the build costs, and what it costs to keep running.
To set it up
One price, agreed before anything starts. $149 to fix your listing, $350 for a website, and you see the work before you pay either way. Bigger builds — stores, booking, logins — are quoted on their own, usually $750 to $2,000.
To keep it right
$20 covers hosting and as many changes as you want. $99 covers all of that plus your Google listing, weekly posts, review chasing, and hours kept current. Cancel any time — the site and its code are yours to take with you.
Nothing is a contract. If you stop paying the monthly, the site stays yours and stays online — you just handle it yourself.

Tell me the name of your business. I look up what people actually find — your Google listing, your reviews, whatever old page is floating around — and send you a plain list of what is wrong with it. Costs nothing, and it is worth having whether or not you hire me.

Like it? $350 and it goes live this week. Want the listing and reviews handled too? $99 a month on top. You get the price before anything starts, and nothing here is a contract.

Your domain, your site, usually inside a week. Your Google listing filled in properly the same week, so the two finally point at each other.
Handled
Changes go to me and I make them, same day where I can. Holiday hours, new photos, a service you started offering — you send a text, it gets done.

Do I really see the site before I pay?
Yes. I build you a free mockup of your business's site first — a real page you can click through, not a sketch. If you don't like it, you owe me nothing and we shake hands.
How much does it cost?
$149 to fix your Google listing, $350 for a website, or $350 plus $99 a month to have all of it handled. Bigger builds — stores, booking, logins — run $750 to $2,000 and get quoted on their own. You get the price before anything starts; I don't bill hourly and I don't send surprise invoices.
What does the $99 a month actually get me?
Your Google Business Profile kept filled in and posted to every week, reviews asked for after jobs, photos and hours kept current — including holidays, without you having to remember. Plus the hosting and unlimited changes on your site. It's the difference between having a website and being findable.
Why does my Google listing matter more than my website?
Because that's where people actually find you. Most searches for a local business never leave Google — they see the listing, the reviews, the hours, and decide from there. A listing with no website link and no hours loses to one that has them, every time. It's also the cheapest thing to fix.
Is there really no limit on changes?
No limit. I'd rather you ask than live with something that's wrong. The only thing that isn't covered is building a whole new site from scratch — that's a new project, and we'd talk about it first.
How long does it take?
A listing gets sorted the same week. Sites usually go live within a week of you saying go. Bigger builds with stores, booking, or logins depend on scope, which we work out before anything starts.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Anything you'll realistically want to change — copy, images, blog posts, pricing — goes into a CMS you can edit without touching code. I walk you through it before launch.
Do you work with existing designs?
Happily. If you already have a Figma file or a brand you like, I'll build to it rather than push my own direction.
What happens after launch?
The monthly covers hosting, updates, and any changes you want, for as long as you want it. If you'd rather not keep it, you can take the code and host it yourself — no hard feelings and no hostage-taking.
